Qualifications

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels, fine dining, private members clubs, VIP guest relations, or luxury events.
• Strong network and in-depth understanding of the New York City luxury and hospitality community.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, polished and warm demeanor.
• Proven track record in creating VIP experiences, events, and partnerships.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable acting as a visible ambassador for a luxury brand.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable, personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance the overall client experience in the boutique.
• Welcome clients with warmth and sophistication, anticipating their needs at every interaction.
• Build lasting relationships to become a trusted point of contact for clientele.
• Develop partnerships across luxury apparel, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
• Coordinate intimate in-store activations, private events, brand collaborations, and VIP experiences.
• Engage with local restaurants, hotels, hospitality businesses, and community partners to expand reach.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and boutique leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain an active knowledge of NYC’s luxury hospitality, dining, fashion, and cultural scenes.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and personalized service.
• This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a highly personalized environment and seeks to make a meaningful impact within the luxury hospitality and retail sectors.
