Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a polished Front of House Receptionist & Client Experience Coordinator to join a boutique luxury jewelry company. You will be the first face and voice, greeting clients in person, by phone, and by email, while ensuring every interaction reflects quality, trust, and personalized service.

This role blends hospitality, organization, and coordination to create a seamless client experience from first contact through appointments and follow-up, while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in hospitality, concierge, luxury retail, private clubs, fine dining, boutique hotels, or a similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning and using technology, CRM, scheduling, and other business systems.
• Genuine interest in diamonds and fine jewelry is a plus; industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients with a warm and polished presence.
• Manage the front desk, phone calls, emails, appointments, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and information.
• Coordinate jewelry cleaning, inspections, repairs, and other service requests with internal teams, vendors, and artisans.
• Track client requests and follow through to completion.
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry for appointments.
• Support general office and administrative operations.
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all client interactions.
