Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality management experience.
• Must be present on the floor (not an office-based role).
• Membership sales: responsible for converting guests into members.
• Experience with events or community outreach is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic and guest-focused.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to elevate service standards.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
