Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a premier NYC restaurant, overseeing a talented FOH team and ensuring exceptional service and guest relationships. You will drive operational excellence, staff development, and daily floor presence in a high-volume, high-touch setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in upscale restaurant management, a polished hospitality demeanor, and a track record of executing events and programming that elevate the guest experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Experience as General Manager or senior FOH leader (GM, AGM, Restaurant Manager).
• Exceptional hospitality and guest-relations skills with a polished presence.
• Strong understanding of daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Hands-on, visible leadership on the floor with business awareness.
• Experience managing restaurant events and special programming.
