You will coordinate appointments, private spaces, travel, reservations, and local experiences while building relationships with luxury hotels and partners, mentoring staff, and training teams to deliver flawless service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury hospitality experience serving very important clients.
• Strong relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants domestically and globally; multilingual skills preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, networking, and itinerary-planning skills; experience coordinating events and travel arrangements.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and coordinate appointments, private spaces, travel, reservations, and local experiences.
• Build relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, and hospitality organizations; research new local partners.
• Coordinate client events, manage feedback and escalated concerns; collaborate with store teams for smooth execution.
• Support employee training, internal tours, and service-standard coaching.
