Little Palm Island Resort & Spa seeks an experienced Catering & Event Sales Manager to lead luxury event proposals and on-site execution for intimate celebrations, weddings, and large parties.

Based on site in the Florida Keys, you will partner with culinary and restaurant teams, manage client relationships with planners and photographers, and drive revenue while upholding the resort’s high-touch standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday presence is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury catering sales, wedding sales, conference services, or event management.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to proposal, elopement, intimate wedding, and large-party inquiries.
• Qualify leads and develop luxury event and dining proposals.
• Conduct in-person site inspections and presentations.
• Cultivate relationships with planners, travel advisors, photographers, and local vendors.
• Upsell premium experiences and restaurant enhancements.
• Maintain sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
• Lead on-site execution for intimate celebrations and large parties.
• Coordinate menus with culinary and restaurant teams.
• Oversee event logistics, staffing, and setup for group events.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders, agendas, and planning documents.
