Job summary

Little Palm Island, a Noble House Resort, seeks a Catering & Event Sales Manager to lead luxury event sales and on-site execution. You will qualify leads, craft tailored proposals, and manage site inspections with planners, photographers, and vendors to deliver exceptional intimate and large events.

You will partner with culinary and restaurant teams on menus, coordinate logistics, and ensure flawless on-site execution during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury catering sales, wedding sales, conference services, or event management.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage operations, banquet service, restaurant operations, and event planning.
• Experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment preferred.
• On-site role requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inquiries promptly for intimate celebrations, weddings, and large parties.
• Qualify leads and develop customized luxury event and dining proposals.
• Conduct in-person site inspections and presentations.
• Cultivate relationships with planners, travel advisors, photographers, and local vendors.
• Upsell premium experiences, restaurant enhancements, and resort experiences.
• Maintain sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
• Achieve annual revenue goals for intimate celebrations, restaurant events, and large parties.
• Lead on-site planning and execution for intimate celebrations and large gatherings.
• Coordinate menu development with culinary and restaurant teams for events.
• Oversee logistics, staffing, and setup for restaurant buyouts and major events.
