Ocean Key Resort and Spa in Key West, FL, a 4-diamond Noble House property, seeks a Sales and Catering Manager to lead catering and group event initiatives. You will coordinate site inspections, manage inquiries, and drive revenue through exceptional service and strategic partnerships.

The role requires initiative in developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring flawless event execution with cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and event management experience, preferably in luxury resorts.
• Ability to solicit and secure catering and group business aligned with hotel goals.
• Strong client relationships and partner management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and respond to catering and group event inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate site inspections, tours, and client appointments with an organized calendar.
• Proactively develop catering and group business in line with revenue goals and strategies.
• Build relationships with clients, planners, and partners to drive repeat business and revenue.
• Meet with leadership to review events, booking activity, and opportunities.
• Prepare, manage, and distribute accurate BEOs detailing events and requirements.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, F&B, and operations to ensure seamless events.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to meet client expectations and standards.
• Review events and billing for accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
