Paradise Point Resort and Spa is seeking a Senior Event Catering Sales Manager to drive catering revenue by selling our exceptional catering services to corporate clients, social planners, and wedding couples. You will lead sales efforts, build relationships, and coordinate with clients to deliver memorable events.

This role emphasizes strategic selling, proposal preparation, and collaboration with resort teams to ensure seamless event experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of catering sales or hospitality sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, planners, and weddings.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams to plan and execute events.
