Job summary

STARK in Hollywood, FL is seeking an experienced Luxury Carpet Sales Professional to serve as an Account Manager for our showroom. You will manage relationships with interior designers, architects, and A&D trades, and drive business development in an assigned territory.

The role requires strong CRM skills, ability to create strategic plans, present products, and collaborate with showroom staff on orders and installations. Travel for client visits and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Interior Design or related field with trade sales experience.
• Minimum two years in trade sales; five+ years may substitute with design or flooring expertise.
• Strong relationships with interior design clientele are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and create marketing plans using CRM data to prioritize accounts.
• Build relationships with interior design, architecture, and A&D trade clients in the territory.
• Advise clients on product attributes and present layouts for installation.
