Job summary

Stark Carpet Corp. is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its A&D trade and luxury carpet showroom. You will own a book of business, develop client relationships, and present STARK’s premium rug collection to interior designers, architects, and trade clients.

You will leverage CRM tools to prioritize opportunities, collaborate on installation layouts, and represent the brand at events and client engagements while driving revenue growth. Travel to client sites and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Interior Design or related field.
• Experience in trade sales to interior designers, architects, or A&D firms preferred.
• Strong relationships with interior design clientele and local trade networks beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and create strategic, client-centric plans using CRM data to prioritize accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior design, architecture, and A&D trade clientele within assigned territory.
• Advise clients on product attributes and guide layouts for installation from a design perspective.
• Develop event strategies and lead client-facing events within budgets and timelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, pipeline and activity.
