STARK seeks an experienced Account Manager for its Philadelphia showroom to drive business with interior designers, architects, and trade clients. You will own a book of accounts, develop strategic marketing plans, and present STARK’s luxury carpets and rugs with a client-first approach.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market presence, and collaboration with showroom staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional service. On-site, full-time employment in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Interior Design or a related field, plus a minimum of two years of trade sales experience; five or more years of trade sales experience, or demonstrated expertise in interior design, rugs, or flooring, may substitute.
• Strong relationships with interior design clientele required; local A&D trade relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and create strategic, client-centric marketing plans, prioritizing high-potential accounts using CRM data.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior design, architecture, and A&D trade clientele within an assigned territory.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach, using client-specific messaging.
