STARK, based in Philadelphia, seeks an experienced Luxury Carpet Sales Professional to join our showroom as Account Manager for A&D trade clients. You will own and grow your book of business, presenting STARK's luxury carpet and rug collection to interior designers and architectural firms.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market presence, and strategic client outreach using CRM data. On-site responsibilities in Philadelphia may include events and client visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum two years of trade sales experience; five+ years may substitute.
• Strong relationships with interior design clientele and local A&D trade connections.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and create strategic, client-centric marketing plans using CRM data.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior design, architecture, and A&D trade clientele.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Advise clients on product attributes and presentation, and prepare sales documents to close deals.
• Collaborate on layouts for installation from a design perspective.
• Develop and lead events for clients and represent STARK at industry events.
