Job summary

Stark Carpet is seeking an Account Manager for our Charlotte showroom to grow luxury carpet sales to interior designers, architects, and trade clients. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to installation, delivering a seamless client experience.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong relationship skills, and the ability to build a robust book of business in the Charlotte market. On-site, full-time with showroom coverage and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in design, A&D, or luxury goods.
• Proven success in prospecting and growing trade accounts.
• Excellent communication and network within interior design and architecture.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow trade accounts through prospecting and referrals.
• Meet showroom clients and manage orders from quote to delivery.
• Advise clients on product attributes and design solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Represent STARK at industry events and client engagements.
