Taco Bell in Honolulu, HI seeks a Senior Analyst to support loyalty growth by optimizing acquisition, activation, and engagement. You’ll partner with marketing and technology to launch innovations like new loyalty offers and brand integrations.

The role focuses on building expertise in the loyalty business, reporting to the Senior Associate Manager, and collaborating across operations, finance, product, and CRM teams. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with brand management or related experience.
• Strong communication skills that translate to project ownership and accountability.
• 1+ years of experience with project management and cross-functional coordination.
• 1+ years of experience with creative & communication brief writing or agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sr. Associate Manager on design, execution, and analysis of loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply, Finance, Product, CRM, Digital) on concepting, development, testing, launches, and reporting.
• Develop knowledge of Taco Bell business model, loyalty landscape, and QSR industry.
• Own and drive insights by partnering with analytics, finance, and consumer insights teams.
• Manage project inputs and updates into cross-functional documents and build a playbook of validated offers.
• Support end-to-end execution of loyalty offers including creative briefs, QA, launch, and reporting.
