You will translate business strategy into coordinated cross-functional plans and ensure delivery of current-year commitments while building the future pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive program/project management or cross-functional leadership experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Experience leading complex programs with executive visibility and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into integrated current- and future-year roadmaps across Value, Digital Integration, and Loyalty.
• Provide senior program leadership across multiple portfolios, surfacing risks and decisions early.
• Lead two L8 Associate Program Managers and align teams for planned milestones.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Digital & Technology, Product, Finance, and Operations for delivery.
