Kahala Management LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Loyalty Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of loyalty programs across the BBQ Holdings brands. You will configure rewards, test promotions, and analyze program performance to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Under the guidance of the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Director, you will help develop loyalty strategy, plan campaigns, coordinate updates and own day-to-day program operations including testing and segmentation—driving

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in supporting loyalty programs, specifically with Punchh or Paytronix and campaign configuration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of loyalty analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with digital, tech, analytics, operations and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth functionality across web, app, POS and in-store systems.
• Monitor loyalty program KPIs and guest engagement; share regular performance reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues by coordinating with guest services, operations, franchisees and tech vendors.
• Collaborate with the Director to optimize segmentation and campaigns.
• Maintain documentation, training support and execution guidelines for internal teams and franchisees.
