Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer and Loyalty Analytics to turn customer data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Based in Newport Beach, CA, you will analyze loyalty, transactions, and digital behavior using SQL, Python, and advanced statistics, crafting executive-ready stories to drive growth.

You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, and Data Science, design experiments, size opportunities, and present measurable impact to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
3–5 years of experience in customer analytics.
Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Snowflake.
Strong statistics, hypothesis testing, experimental design.
Excellent storytelling and communication.
