Job summary

IMEG Corporation seeks a Senior Technology Designer in Naperville, IL to lead and manage low-voltage technology projects, including ICT systems design and implementation oversight. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver integrated solutions across education, institutional, and MEP markets.

The role offers a hybrid, full-time schedule with 50% travel and ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer or related Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, related STEM field, or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience minimum; 8 preferred in building design consulting industry.
• Experience leading design of low-voltage building systems and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for IT cabling, AV, security and other low-voltage building systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Manage project budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and engineers.
