Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Technology Project Designer in Indianapolis, IN to support low-voltage technology projects with a security focus across education and institutional markets. The role includes leading design efforts, client coordination, and mentoring team members within a collaborative IMEG environment.

You will work on IT infrastructure, AV, security, and related systems, while ensuring design quality, safety, and adherence to IMEG standards across multiple project types and schedules.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in producing technical plans and specifications.
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Clear communication in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of IT cabling, AV, security, and low-voltage systems.
• Create detailed designs, specs, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Manage project delivery, schedules, billing, and client coordination.
