EC Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction for special projects, industrial and commercial systems.

You will develop complete, competitive proposals, set bid strategy, manage risk, and coordinate with vendors and subs while guiding a team of estimators. You will prepare conceptual estimates, budgets, and detailed change orders, review documents for scope and accuracy, and drive value-engineering to improve competitiveness.

Qualificações

• Experience leading estimates for multi-million-dollar projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for quantity takeoffs.
• Knowledge of electrical, communications and life-safety systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of complete, accurate RFP responses.
• Review plans, specs, bid documents to define scope and risk.
• Develop estimate plans, bid schedules, and labor/subcontract assumptions.
• Perform takeoffs and summarize into bid units per RFP.
• Lead kickoff, progress and bid close meetings; ensure QC before submission.
