Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead complex electrical estimating and preconstruction for large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and mission critical projects. You will oversee pricing strategies from concept to proposal, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with executives, operations, BIM/VDC, procurement, and business development to secure profitable work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive electrical estimating experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission critical environments.
• Strong experience leading complex electrical estimates and major bid pursuits with significant contract values.
• Experience with design-build, negotiated, conceptual, and hard bid delivery methods.
• Experience preparing labor forecasts, conceptual budgets, GMP proposals, value engineering analyses, and constructability reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple large pursuits with tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with operations, field leadership, procurement, BIM/VDC, engineering, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently prepare detailed cost estimates for large-scale electrical projects.
• Analyze bid documents, specifications, drawings, schedules, and phasing to define scope and risks.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates.
• Lead quantity takeoffs, labor productivity analysis, and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor solicitation, bid leveling, and pricing evaluations.
• Support bid strategy, executive reviews, and final proposal presentations.
