Job summary

EC Electric is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts for low voltage systems in Redmond, Oregon. You will develop complete proposals, set bid strategies, manage risk, and coordinate with vendors, subs, operations, and leadership to win work.

The role requires oversight of estimators, strong communication, and advanced proficiency with Bluebeam and ConEst. Expect a competitive salary and full-time on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading low voltage estimates valued at multiple millions.
• Ability to review plans and establish estimating approaches and risk.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and assembly-based estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complete, accurate bid responses to RFPs.
• Review plans, specs, codes, and bid documents to define scope and risk.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and pricing for bids.
• Develop estimate plans, bid schedules, and labor/material assumptions.
• Perform quality-control reviews of takeoffs, pricing, and proposals.
