Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a highly skilled Aptitude Superintendent 2 to oversee complex low voltage projects nationwide, partnering with Aptitude teams to plan sequencing and achieve timely, profitable completions. You will manage trade partners, schedule, budget, and safety on multi-site programs, ensuring high quality through established standards and QA/QC processes.

You will lead, mentor, and coordinate with owners, architects, and field teams, driving project success and delivering on JE

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience
• 5+ years in Division 8/23/25/27/28 related systems
• 3+ years field supervision experience
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manage low voltage technology subcontractors, staff and programs.
• Coordinate design/construction efforts meeting standards.
• Manage project budgets and cost reporting.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
