Prudential Financial, a leading financial services company, seeks an experienced Disability Claims Specialist to serve as the Long-Term Disability technical expert within the Disability Organization. You will guide claim professionals, provide coaching, and ensure high-quality claim outcomes while ownership remains with the claim professional.

In this role you will interpret policy provisions, mentor teammates, analyze trends, and collaborate with the Team Lead to maintain block health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Long-Term Disability claim management with complex scenarios.
• Deep knowledge of LTD policy provisions and benefit calculations.
• Experience coaching professionals and guiding claim decisions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an LTD technical expert to the Team Lead and claim professionals.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical and vocational considerations.
• Coach teams through complex claims and deliver actionable feedback.
• Analyze claim activity to identify trends and risk areas.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist with prioritizing actions to maintain block health.
