Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Systems Lead to own and optimize procurement technology, processes, and analytics.

The role reports to the Senior Manager and requires translating strategy into executable plans across people, processes, platforms, and data. You will work with IT, vendors, and power users to configure systems, test workflows, and ensure data quality, with a focus on durable process design and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement operations, systems, or source-to-pay.
• Hands-on config/admin experience with a major procurement platform.
• Strong communicator able to translate data into recommendations for category managers and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns lifecycle of procurement systems (P2P, sourcing, contract, supplier, catalog, and spend analytics) from requirements to stabilization.
• Translates business needs into system configuration—workflows, approvals, roles, catalogs, integrations, and reporting.
• Runs the operating rhythm for all systems work with cross-functional teams and vendors; tracks progress and issues.
• Tracks adoption, data quality, and compliance; reports progress in plain language.
