Job summary

Stanley 1913 seeks a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner to steer people strategies for our Supply Chain team in Seattle. You’ll partner with senior leaders, blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and drive workforce planning, talent development, compensation, and employee relations initiatives.

In this six-month hybrid role, you’ll use data to guide decisions, champion organizational change, and mentor leaders to build capability and performance across a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HRBP or strategic HR roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the HRBP for the Supply Chain org, translating business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise leaders on organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and compensation.
• Partner with People team to attract, engage, and retain critical talent.
• Use data and insights to identify risks and opportunities affecting retention and engagement.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead core People programs: performance management, compensation planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate across the People team to deliver scalable solutions for Supply Chain needs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve People programs and tools.
