Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Customer Sales Representatives focused on new business acquisition.
• Sell alongside the sales team, leading by example until the new team is large enough to strictly manage.
• Help reps develop customer pipelines, quote freight efficiently, and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations and Leadership to ensure customers receive best-in-class service.
• Identify growth opportunities and shape sales strategy for the Chicago office.
