Avenue Logistics, LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to architect our talent strategy, build a recruiting team from scratch, and recruit top sales talent in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will collaborate with the executive team and HR, lead campus recruiting, and run high-energy recruitment events to attract driven professionals, from entry-level to senior roles.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in 3PL, freight brokerage, or high-volume sales recruiting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team.
• Own campus recruiting and build a pipeline of early-career talent.
• Design innovative talent acquisition strategies for sales professionals.
• Hunt for top talent beyond job boards using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networks.
• Amplify Avenue's brand through recruitment events and outreach.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and candidate experience.
