Cleabridge Executive Search is actively seeking a Recruiting Manager for Logistics & Supply Chain to lead full-cycle recruitment across warehouse operations, import/export, and leadership roles. You will develop strategies, build pipelines, and partner with executives to drive workforce planning for a fast-paced logistics organization.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting within logistics, strong sourcing and interview skills, and experience with ATS and major job boards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain recruiting.
• Experience recruiting both individual contributors and management-level professionals.
• Experience sourcing candidates via multiple platforms and networks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse operations, import/export, sales, and management roles.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with growth and workforce planning.
• Create job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using direct sourcing and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers and exec leadership to design hiring plans.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Track hiring metrics and drive process improvements.
• Stay informed about labor market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
