Avenue in Chicago is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to architect our talent strategy and build a high-performing recruiting team from scratch. You will lead campus recruiting, craft innovative recruitment strategies, and engage top talent beyond traditional job boards.

Collaborating with the executive team and HR, you will ensure a world-class candidate experience from first contact to day one, while driving the growth of a fast-paced 3PL organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in 3PL, freight brokerage, or high-volume recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a recruiting team from the ground up.
• Own campus recruiting and develop a large pipeline of early-career talent.
• Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies.
• Hunt for top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, social media, and networks.
• Amplify Avenue's brand through recruitment events and outreach.
