Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.

• Must be able to travel, work the scheduled hours, and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards and conduct interviews for hourly staff.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and provide counseling or recognition.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service and dispatch.
• Evaluate work methods to increase dispatch/warehouse productivity.
• Assist in new hire training and provide coverage during absences.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and overtime management.
• Promote safety aligned with location strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Plan fleet/work assignments to optimize equipment use.
