Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance, providing counseling or recognition.
• Supervise logistics including customer service, freight handling, dispatch, and records.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and minimize overtime.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Plan fleet/warehouse work to maximize equipment utilization.
• Support training and provide coverage for duties during time off.
