Job summary

Penske Logistics in Findlay, OH is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead hourly workforce and ensure efficient daily tasks, including driver deliveries, loading/unloading, cross docking and customer service. You will supervise processes, schedule workforce and equipment, and participate in hiring decisions.

The role includes a Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm shift, with bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel and comply with background check and drug screening.
Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead hourly workforce and coordinate staffing and performance.
Oversee logistics operations including customer service, dispatch, and documentation.
Evaluate work methods to improve dispatch and warehouse productivity.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and manage overtime.
Maintain site safety alignment and provide training and direction.
Plan fleet/asset deployment and coordinate equipment use.
Review truck runs and identify private fleet opportunities.
