The role involves brokerage assistance, freight bill auditing, quotes, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships, with a focus on teamwork and superior service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing domestic documents (Airline bills, BOL, declarations, NAFTA forms).
• Routing shipments and evaluating cost/time for domestic/Canada shipments.
• Rate negotiation with carriers and forwarders for domestic shipments.
• Brokerage assistance and sales support for domestic shipments.
• Freight bill auditing and resolving discrepancies.
• Freight quotes by obtaining weights/dimensions and best rates.
• Investigating customer problems and achieving resolutions.
• Addressing customer inquiries and maintaining relationships.
• Collaborating in a team to meet business goals.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Education

3+ years industry experience

2+ years motor carriers & freight forwarders

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree preferred
