Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate domestic and cross-border shipments. You will prepare documents, route shipments, negotiate carrier rates, and support brokerage activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, fast learning, and strong interpersonal skills in a dynamic team environment at our North Carolina location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' industry experience
• 2+ years' experience in Motor Carriers and Freight Forwarders
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic documents including airline bills, BOLs, declarations and NAFTA forms.
• Route shipments and determine the appropriate mode for domestic/Canada shipments; evaluate cost/time.
• Negotiate best rates with motor carriers, freight forwarders and couriers for domestic shipments.
• Provide brokerage assistance and sales support for domestic shipments.
• Audit freight bills and dispute discrepancies.
• Obtain weights and dimensions for quotes and secure economical rates.
• Investigate customer problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Address customer inquiries and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate in a team to meet business goals.
