Crane is a leading logistics provider seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic shipments, broker liaison, and rate negotiations. The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation and delivering high-level service.

You will prepare documents, route shipments, negotiate rates, and support both sales and brokerage activities while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic documents: airline bills, BOLs, declarations, NAFTA forms.
• Route shipments and determine best transportation mode for domestic/Canada shipments.
• Negotiate best rates with carriers and forwarders for ground and air shipments.
• Assist broker with import documentation and tracking for shipments.
• Audit freight bills for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide quotes for shipments and secure economical rates.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate in a team to meet business goals.
