Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an AMZL Sr. Station Leader responsible for budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station (DS).

Lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, coach and mentor to meet performance goals, build leadership bench strength and ensure safe, efficient delivery operations. This role operates 24/7, partners with DSPs and other internal teams, drives lean initiatives, sets expectations, analyzes metrics and develops

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of direct management in logistics or related field.
• Track record of delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Experience staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication in English and local language.
• Experience managing third-party resources regionally.
• Experience managing contingent workforce.
• Willing to work varied hours including overnight, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and people development of delivery station ops.
