Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AMZL Sr. Station Leader to own budgetary, people development and operations goals for a Delivery Station. You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, coaching performance and building leadership bench strength.

The role requires 7+ years of management in logistics, strong metrics and lean skills, and ability to work a 24/7 shifting schedule in Vandalia, OH. Base salary ranges from $135,000 to $182,700 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution environments.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in local language and English, written and verbal.
• Experience managing third-party resources and contingent workforce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for delivery station operations.
• Lead and coach Operations, Area and Shift Managers; drive talent development.
• Set expectations, measure performance, and hold teams accountable.
• Manage relationships with DSPs and operate 24/7 to meet business goals.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners across Transport, Finance, HR, IT, and Engineering.
