Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party resources and contingent workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience for all delivery station operations.
• Drive lean initiatives and process improvements to meet business plans.
• Set and clarify expectations for Ops, Area and Shift Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and develop talent within the site.
