Panelmatic is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate shipments, manage transportation providers, maintain shipping documentation, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. This role works closely with production, warehouse, customer service, and freight partners to support efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in logistics or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of logistics, shipping, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of domestic shipping processes and transportation regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and manage freight pickups, deliveries, and transportation services with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, export documents, and customer-specific requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and transportation records while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to improve logistics performance, shipment accuracy, and operational efficiency.
