Arrive Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing Business Development team in the United States. You will develop new prospects, land new business, and expand the services you provide to clients.

You will become an expert in our offerings, respond to inquiries with strategic pricing, and collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Sales to grow each account. Travel may be required as you grow relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or third-party logistics.
• Experience with different mode types is a plus.
• Proven ability to price business strategically and competitively.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Continue to build on logistics sales skills.
• Prospect, acquire, and expand Mid-Market & Major clients to drive Arrive growth.
• Become an expert in Arrive’s service offerings and proprietary software.
• Respond to sales inquiries with strategic pricing and capacity offers.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Sales to expand accounts.
• Travel to new/prospective clients and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Take advantage of professional development courses.
