Zusammenfassung

Opportunity Finance Network is seeking a Loan Servicing and Portfolio Manager in New York, NY. Hybrid/Remote options are available. You will manage post-closing loan servicing, risk monitoring, and portfolio reporting while coordinating with borrowers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to analyze loan performance and maintain data integrity under tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in financial services in loan servicing or portfolio management.
1–2 years in a client-facing lending role.
Expert-level PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong analytical thinking, data integrity and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

Be main contact for borrowers post-loan closing and provide excellent service.
Oversee loan servicing in Ventures Loan Management System.
Track, input and report payments; ensure data quality in Ventures.
Lead delinquency outreach and loan modifications when needed.
Prepare monthly reporting on payments and delinquencies.
Reconcile Ventures System with daily bank transactions.
Oversee loan closing and disbursement for new loans.
Prepare welcome letters for new borrowers.
Prepare credit memoranda with recommendations for modifications.
