Job summary

Equity Resources, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager to oversee sub-servicer relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with investor and agency requirements. This role supports remote/hybrid work with regular travel to the Newark, OH office.

The ideal candidate will lead teams, analyze portfolios, and deliver monthly servicing reports to executive management, while staying current with regulatory changes and servicing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years mortgage servicing experience in collections, sub-servicer oversight, and default management.
• 2+ years leading or directing teams with coaching and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate oversight of sub-servicing and interim servicing activities for residential mortgage loans.
• Own the preparation, analysis, and delivery of the monthly servicing report to executive management, including performance summaries, risk trends, and actions.
• Review monthly reports from the sub-servicer: delinquencies, fees accuracy, and portfolio monitoring.
• Monitor call center and ticket trends; oversee loss mitigation efforts and foreclosure progress.
• Review and approve loan level fee requests; reconcile initial data with sub-servicer.
• Maintain oversight of delinquency, loss mitigation, and default-servicing activities by sub-servicer.
• Promote process improvements in controls, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as a servicing representative for audits and examinations; ensure documentation is complete.
• Travel to Newark, OH corporate office for in-person oversight as needed.
