Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Servicing Officer to manage pre- and post-closing services for commercial real estate loans within the Real Estate Institutional Capital Group. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of related experience, including lead service officer responsibilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial lending concepts and documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage pre- and post-closing services for complex loan structures.
Identify and resolve risk/exceptions and escalate as needed.
Book loans in LoanIQ and confirm collateral; manage documentation exceptions.
Review documentation with LaserPro Lending and DocuSign.
Lead projects and mentor teammates; participate in client meetings and pipeline discussions.
Ensure post-approval reporting and compliance with standards.
