Job summary

Connect Search LLC is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager to lead a team responsible for managing a large portfolio of customer accounts and receivables. The role oversees day-to-day servicing operations, including payment processing, account administration, collections, customer service, property tax and insurance tracking, and portfolio accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in loan servicing or receivables and 2+ years in leadership, with a track record of process improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, mortgage servicing, customer receivables, or a similar portfolio environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience within servicing, collections, transaction processing, customer service, or account administration.
• Experience managing collections and delinquent accounts.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and customer account management.
• Experience improving processes through automation, documentation, or workflow redesign.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally.
• Experience balancing customer service with effective collections.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for loan servicing, account administration, collections, and customer support
• Oversee accurate and timely payment processing and new account setup
• Manage delinquent accounts and improve collection processes and reporting
• Maintain strong controls around account accuracy, property taxes, insurance, and related documentation
• Develop and monitor KPIs around servicing performance, collections, and portfolio trends
• Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements
• Build and document scalable processes to support company growth
• Ensure customers receive professional and responsive service throughout the life of their account
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Legal, and senior leadership
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
