Affinity FCU is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager in Basking Ridge, NJ to lead and oversee all loan servicing operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across boarding through payoff. The role includes improving processes, managing risk, and delivering exceptional member service.

The position is hybrid with 4–5 days on site at our corporate headquarters. Applicants should have 5+ years in loan servicing with leadership experience and be proficient in Fiserv DNA and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in loan servicing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting internal/external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Working knowledge of federal/state lending and servicing regulations.

Aufgaben

• Oversees servicing activities across the loan lifecycle ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
• Develops and presents servicing performance reports, KPI metrics, risk indicators, and operational trends to senior management.
• Oversees resolution of complex servicing issues, member complaints, escalations, and regulatory inquiries.
• Maintains quality controls and internal controls to mitigate operational risk.
• Represents the company in meetings with vendors and drives system enhancements and technology implementations.
