Job summary

Availa Bank in Sioux City, IA seeks a Loan Servicing Manager to lead the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations teams, ensuring accurate, timely processing of loan transactions and adherence to policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of loan servicing, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across multiple units. Expect collaboration with risk, accounting, and IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Loan Servicing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loan experience preferred.
• Loan dual control/FDICIA experience.
• Strong math skills; working knowledge of loan policies and documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations teams, setting clear expectations for accuracy and accountability.
• Serve as SME and escalation resource for complex loan servicing issues across the Bank.
• Oversee booking, maintenance, and servicing of loans in core system with accurate data.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain training programs for staff and cross-training.
