Job summary

Availa Bank in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead the Loan Servicing Department, ensuring accurate booking, maintenance, and servicing of loans to support lending teams and provide excellent client service.

The role requires strong leadership, supervisory experience, and deep knowledge of loan products, including mortgage and commercial loans, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in the banking or lending environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Excellent math, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for the Loan Servicing staff.
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex loan servicing and system-related matters.
• Oversee the accurate booking, maintenance, and servicing of loans in the core system.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Lead the creation and evaluation of procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve complex issues.
• Compile and review loan servicing activity reports.
