Job summary

Availa Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager responsible for overall leadership of the Loan Servicing Department and ensuring efficient workflow in support of lending teams and clients.

You will oversee staff development, maintain accurate loan data in the core system, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/associate degree not required; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years in banking or lending environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience; or equivalent.
• Strong math skills; knowledge of loan policies and documents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations Assistant functions with coaching and development.
• Serve as SME for complex loan servicing and system-related matters and guide staff.
• Oversee booking and servicing of loans in core system with accurate data.
• Maintain knowledge of Fiserv Precision core banking system and related processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal banking regulations and implement policy changes.
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls within Loan Servicing.
• Provide training and cross-training to staff; monitor performance and quality.
• Collaborate with Credit, Accounting, Risk, IT, and other departments to resolve issues.
